 ABOUT VILLA TORRICELLA

CONTEXT

Villa Torricella is an ancient villa of the fifteenth century, situated in the medieval village of Sillicano, surrounded by chestnut woods, and it was renovated respecting the original structure: a single large house!

INTERIOR

Villa Torricella is divided into three floors. On the ground floor there is: a large living room with fireplace, sofas and a small table for 4; the dining room that seats up to 10-12 people; the kitchen (with oven, microwave, dishwasher, dishes, pots, toaster, coffee machine ...); a bathroom with shower; the washing machine. The floors of the ground floor are made of stone and the ceilings are made with the original chestnut beams. On the first floor, which is accessed also from the outside, the floors are tiled and old chestnut boards. Here we find: an entrance with a large table and a fireplace; another large living room with fireplace; a master bedroom suite with a fireplace, a private bathroom with a shower and, in front of the bathroom, a small room for children; a double room; another bathroom with shower. This floor also has a large outdoor loggia, with table and chairs, overlooking the garden and private pool.

On the second floor there is: a bedroom with three single beds and  private bathroom with shower, a room with a double bed and private bathroom with shower; a room with two single beds; a room with a double bed; a bathroom with shower.

From this floor you can access the old tower-terrace: a large terrace, reminiscent of a tower, which offers a stunning view of the mountains.

OUTDOOR

In the private garden of the house, about 200 square meters, there is a private swimming pool (8.5m x 3.5m), sun beds, umbrellas, an outdoor shower, barbecue and an ancient stone table.

The car can be parked in the public parking area of the country (100m away). The road leading from the parking lot to the house is paved and uphill, you can still reach the house by car for loading and unloading (if the stain is rented it is advisable to opt for a model of small size) .

The Villa, for its location and structure (the house consists of three floors), it is advisable however to people who have not trouble walking.
