ABOUT VILLA ASPRO

CONTEXT

The villa is located in Buti, on Monte Pisano: a beautiful area in Tuscany  surrounded by hills cultivated with olive trees and vineyards near green pine forests. This position and the altitude of about 300 meters above sea level, guarantee a mild and pleasant climate all year round.

Buti is also a convenient starting point to visit the most important Tuscan cities of art: Pisa and Lucca (20 Km), Volterra (50 Km), Florence and San Gimignano (60 Km), Siena (180 Km) Km). Even the sea is easily accessible: Marina di Pisa (40 Km), Versilia and Forte dei Marmi (70 Km), Cinque Terre and porto Venere (120 Km).

Just 1.5 km away is the center of the pretty village of Buti, reachable via a scenic road through the olive groves (the last part is dirt). Here you will find various shops including baker, grocery store, newsagent and tobacconist, many bars and restaurants, pizzerias, post office and bank, hairdresser.

INTERIOR

 On the ground floor there are a living room with a fireplace, a dining room, a large kitchen (oven, gas hob, fridge freezer, dishwasher and washing machine) and a bedroom with two single beds and a private toilet. From the ground floor you go out onto the large terrace partially covered by a pergola. Upstairs there is: two double bedrooms, a bathroom with a shower, a bathroom with a bathtub and a bedroom with a single bed and a double bed and a private toilet.

OUTSIDE

In front of the house there is a large covered terrace with a wine pergola and equipped with table, chairs and barbecue for eating al fresco. Near the terrace there is an old oven which in ancient times was used to make bread. From the terrace you can enjoy the splendid view of the external property: terracing with olive trees, the pine forest and the pool (size 14 m x 5.5 m, depth 1.5 m) area with the green lawn the deckchairs and the gazebo.
